Founder story
Created under Pearhead Inc., a Brooklyn-based company. Co-founder Tom became a father in 2007 and couldn't find a diaper pail that kept smells locked in. As an engineer, he designed the first steel diaper pail.
Materials
Powder-coated steel (non-porous, doesn't absorb odours). Rubber seals for airtight design.
Sustainability
Uses any standard kitchen trash bag (no proprietary refills needed, reducing waste). Steel is recyclable. Eco-friendly bag options with 50% recycled material.
